Site Manager – Modular Construction (5‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 5‑month modular construction project in the South West. You will be responsible for the complete site lifecycle, from initial set‑up through to handover, ensuring the project meets quality, safety and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from set‑up to completion and handover.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and organise regular meetings.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Manage sub‑contractors, health & safety (HSE) standards and quality control.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and utility installations within the modular build.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction or modular site management or supervisory roles.
• Background in modular construction, general construction or healthcare facilities with M&E knowledge.
• Experience on fixed‑term contracts and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with healthcare‑related projects is an advantage.
