Site Manager - Modular Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end modular holiday lodges and luxury modular buildings. This hands‑on role oversees live builds from the factory floor to on‑site completion, ensuring projects meet strict deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple live modular builds simultaneously, keeping each on schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise all trades (joiners, electricians, plumbers, decorators, tilers) throughout the build process.
• Drive projects to strict completion dates and production deadlines.
• Read, interpret, and apply technical and construction drawings across all trades.
• Ensure all works meet specifications, quality standards, and snagging requirements.
• Identify and resolve daily construction and production challenges quickly.
• Maintain build schedules, conduct quality inspections, and keep trades accountable.
• Organise materials, labour, and work areas efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with directors, supervisors, subcontractors, and workshop teams.
• Continuously improve systems, workflows, and build efficiency.
