Site Manager – Modular Construction

About the role

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term position for a Site Manager to lead a modular construction project in the Swindon area. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day site operations from set‑up through to completion and handover, working for a specialist modular build company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from set‑up through to completion and handover.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and organise project meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage subcontractors, HSE standards and quality control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction or modular site management.
• Experience with mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems; healthcare‑related projects are a plus.
• Ability to work on a fixed‑term contract and operate onsite in Swindon and surrounding areas.
