Site Manager – New Build/Extension Projects in North Hampshire

About the role
A respected South‑Coast regional contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a newly secured new‑build/extension scheme in North Hampshire. You will own day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure the project meets safety, programme and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations from mobilisation through handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and on‑site labour.
- Maintain high health & safety standards across the site.
- Deliver works in line with the programme, budget and quality requirements.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, commercial and design teams.
- Oversee site paperwork, inductions, RAMS and progress reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and on‑site teams.
- Strong focus on safety, schedule adherence and budget control.
