Site Manager (Part‑time, Term‑time)

About the role
The School Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety and well‑being of pupils and staff on the High Wycombe Church of England Combined School site during term time. This is a permanent part‑time position working on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure school environment for children, staff and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with the school’s safeguarding and health‑and‑safety policies.
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on a part‑time, term‑time basis.
Required profile
- Enhanced DBS check required and must not be on the barred list.
- Willing to complete self‑disclosure forms prior to interview.
- Commitment to the school’s ethos of faith, personal development and community partnership.

- Salary pro‑rata between £28,129 and £30,174 per annum.
