Site Manager – Renewables, Construction & Scaffolding

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead renewable energy and construction projects in the South East of England. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of solar PV installations, high‑performance windows and doors, and related works on a single site at a time, with occasional travel to other locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations on the Tunbridge Wells site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Supervise electrical and solar installation teams, coordinating activities and maintaining health and safety compliance.
• Oversee scaffolding set‑up, roofing, and window/door fitting works.
• Conduct occasional visits to the Poole headquarters and travel to additional sites across the South East as required.
• Report progress to senior management and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, renewables, roofing or related sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to manage multiple trades on site and ensure safety standards.
