About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide short‑term cover for a live hotel refurbishment in Hayes. This temporary assignment runs from Monday 6th July to Friday 10th July, with the possibility of extension, and requires immediate ownership of the site.

Key responsibilities

Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards across the site
Identify and report potential risks or issues promptly
Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and compliant
Review and manage RAMS documentation
Oversee and coordinate the labour team
Complete accurate daily reporting and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Required profile

Proven experience as a Site Manager
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and RAMS
Ability to lead teams and maintain site discipline
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
