Site Manager – South Birmingham / Bromsgrove

About the role

At Miller Homes we are building homes that create better places for people, communities and the planet. We are seeking a Site Manager for the South Birmingham / Bromsgrove area to ensure developments are delivered to financial, quality, construction and safety targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all labour on site, including direct and subcontractors, follow the build programme.
• Maintain compliance with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan for all site activities.
• Coordinate material, service and subcontractor orders with the Commercial department.
• Work with the Contracts Manager to keep senior directors informed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in housebuilding.
• NVQ Level 4 construction qualification or equivalent experience.
• Drive to achieve internal and external awards such as NHBC, SH&E, Considerate Contractor.
• Ability to oversee a site team.
