Site Manager – Super Prime Residential (Fast Track to PM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Manager to oversee super‑prime residential refurbishments, builds and fit‑outs across prestigious London locations. This position offers a fast‑track route into project management for an early‑career professional.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations on high‑end residential projects.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced Project Director on three flagship schemes.
• Assist with procurement, project set‑up, design management and client liaison.
• Support program management and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Early‑stage career professional with solid site experience in high‑end residential refurbishments, builds or fit‑outs.
• Ideally holds a degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline.
• Ambitious and eager to transition into a project management role.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, client‑focused environment.
