Site Manager – Temporary Cleaner Role in Middlesbrough

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Site Manager to join a leading Facilities Management team on a temporary basis in Middlesbrough. The role involves overseeing cleaning contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining the project schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee contractors from a health & safety perspective.
- Conduct daily RFM briefings and issue/complete permits.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure safe working practices.
- Track progress against the programme and report daily/weekly issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site activities.
Required profile
- Reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in cleaning or facilities management preferred.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm.
