Site Manager – Traditional Build Residential (Adstock, Buckinghamshire)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high‑quality, five‑unit traditional build residential scheme in Adstock, Buckinghamshire. The role starts on 5 January and involves overseeing the project from groundworks through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including health & safety, programme control and quality assurance.
• Coordinate in‑house teams and subcontractors across groundworks, structure, external and internal works.
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule and to the required standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the office team and produce regular progress reports.
• Handle final handover and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional residential builds.
• Ability to run a site from groundworks to completion.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality control and programme management.
• Calm, organised and reliable “steady pair of hands”.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications (essential).
