Site Manager / Working Foreman – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager / Working Foreman to lead day‑to‑day operations on refurbishment and fit‑out projects across the East Anglia region. The role involves coordinating trades, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to high standards within live retail and hospitality environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and supervise subcontractors on refurbishment and fit‑out works.
• Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with site regulations.
• Prepare and manage site paperwork, progress reports and programme schedules.
• Coordinate trades, monitor deadlines and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients and internal operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Manager on refurbishment, fit‑out, retail or hospitality projects.
• Hands‑on approach with strong organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred).
• First Aid certification (preferred).
