Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of Scania's Milton Keynes headquarters and surrounding grounds. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all facilities while coordinating internal and external works.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests, faults and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Support the Property Manager with planned preventative maintenance, compliance activities and corrective works.
• Manage contractors on site, including inductions, Permit‑to‑Work processes and health‑safety compliance.
• Conduct routine site inspections, maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety and operational compliance.
• Perform Fire Marshal duties, supporting emergency procedures and inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, risk‑assessment and contractor records.
• Support management of company and pool vehicles, including inspections and record keeping.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure safe receipt, distribution and movement of goods.
• Liaise with external contractors to keep buildings, grounds and external areas safe and presentable.

• Strong communicator, able to convey information clearly in written and verbal form.
• Highly organised, capable of coordinating multiple activities and logistical arrangements.
