Site Supervisor – Water & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a capable and driven Site Supervisor to bring structure, safety and momentum to our water and civil engineering sites across Southern England. In this role you will be the key on‑site contact, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification while upholding our company values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate operatives and subcontractors.
• Manage work sequencing, monitor quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication on‑site, proactively address issues and keep projects progressing smoothly.
• Ensure all works meet specification, budget and timeline requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or similar works sites.
• Background in the water or wastewater utilities industry.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and lead site teams effectively.

Required skills

• Relevant site qualifications such as SSSTS/SMSTS and a valid CSCS card.
