Skilled Aircraft Fitter – Wing Build Production

About the role

Join Guidant in partnership with Airbus at the Broughton site, supporting the Wing Build Production team. You will work on the assembly, fitting and installation of aircraft wing components, handling both metallic and composite materials.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and fit wing structures and related components.
• Install and repair metallic and composite parts.
• Perform work in confined spaces and at height when required.
• Follow flexible shift patterns, including double‑day and night shifts.

Required profile

• Completed an Aerospace or Engineering full apprenticeship.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Relevant specialties such as Mechanical Fitting, Sheet Metal Work, or Composite Repair.
