Skilled Cabinet Maker

About the role

We are seeking a Skilled Cabinet Maker to join a reputable client in Marlborough. The role involves operating high‑volume woodworking machinery to produce high‑quality cabinets and components to precise specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery such as routers, chop saws, plunge saws, spindle moulders, rip saws, panel saws and planers/thicknessers.
• Interpret detailed production drawings and create full‑size, to‑scale cutting lists.
• Ensure components meet customer specifications and are finished on time for downstream finishers.
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail and adhere to scheduled deadlines.
• Perform site work in private residential homes with respect and professionalism.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑keeping.
• High attention to detail and a “right first‑time” attitude.
• Positive, can‑do mindset.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (08:30 – 16:30).
