Skilled Operator – Production (B Shift Days)

About the role

Join Yeo Valley’s Production Team at the Cannington facility as a Skilled Operator on the B Shift Days. You will play a vital part in preparing and packing our dairy products, ensuring quality, hygiene and timely supply to downstream processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment.
• Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules.
• Conduct routine quality checks and keep batch records.
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation and general plant support.

Required profile

• Good team‑working skills.
• Ability to undertake manual tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication.
• Relevant experience as a machine operator in a production environment.

Required skills

• Operation of milk mixing systems.
