About the role

Join Samworth Brothers' Cornwall Bakery as a Skilled Packing Operator, helping to keep our production lines running smoothly and delivering high‑quality savoury pastry products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Check label details and set up the packing line before each shift.
• Operate packing machinery across Flow Wrap, Hand Wrap and ALPMA lines.
• Transfer finished products from the line into boxes and record any downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the production floor.

Required profile

• Reliability and a strong commitment to meeting production targets.
• Willingness to learn and progress to team‑lead or management roles.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Operating packing machinery.
• Flow Wrap line operation.
• Hand Wrap line operation.
• ALPMA line operation.
