Skilled Preparation Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Skilled Preparation Operator to prepare produce for our assembly lines at the Cornwall Bakery. You will operate slicing, dicing, mixing and labelling machines while ensuring proper stock rotation in a fast‑paced, labour‑intensive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare produce for assembly lines using slicing, dicing and mixing equipment.
• Operate labelling machines to organise stock rotation.
• Handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg and pushing wheels up to 250 kg.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Required profile

• Physically capable of regular manual handling and lifting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑speed production environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to follow health and safety procedures.
