Skilled Production Operator

About the role

Join the Cornwall Bakery team as a Skilled Production Operator, supporting the preparation and flow of high‑quality savoury pastry products. You will work on busy assembly lines, operating specialised equipment to keep production moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare produce for assembly lines using slicing, dicing and mixing machines.
• Operate labelling machines to organise stock rotation.
• Handle labour‑intensive tasks, including lifting items up to 25 kg and pushing wheels up to 250 kg.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift 25 kg and push loads of up to 250 kg.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, labour‑intensive environment.
• Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Operation of slicing machines.
