Skilled Sheet Metal Worker – Precision Engineering

About the role

Our client, a precision engineering company, is seeking a Skilled Sheet Metal Worker to produce aerospace‑grade sheet metal components. You will work on manufacturing, assembling, forming and finishing parts to exact engineering specifications while meeting production targets safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, form and finish precision sheet metal aerospace components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical instructions and specifications.
• Operate standard sheet metal machinery, hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Meet daily production targets and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Time‑served apprenticeship in Sheet Metal Work, Aircraft Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication within an aerospace or similar engineering environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
