SLDC Coordinator – Site Launch & Data Control (12‑month FTC)

About the role

The Site Launch and Data Control (SLDC) Coordinator will join GSK’s Barnard Castle supply‑chain and logistics team. You will be responsible for managing new pack introductions and changes to existing packs, ensuring they are delivered on time, at cost, and in full compliance with GMP and EHS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate pack‑change requests and coordinate impact assessments with technologists, QA, operations planning, and regulatory teams.
• Lead weekly change meetings to discuss, understand, and communicate all functional impacts.
• Work with production and material schedulers to meet pack‑change dates and mitigate risks.
• Create, approve, and trigger lifecycle changes, deletions, and SAP notifications for packs and components.
• Represent SLDC on projects such as portfolio optimisation and new product launches, developing aligned data plans.
• Collaborate with other SLDC coordinators to drive continuous improvement using GPS Basic and performance management tools.
