Social Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

This is a delivery‑critical position within a high‑volume, always‑on studio environment. Based in London on a hybrid basis, you will act as the main point of contact for French‑speaking clients on social content delivery, ensuring expectations are clear and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming briefs and coordinate across strategy, content, design and data teams.
• Own end‑to‑end workflow from brief intake through delivery and client approval.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, raising risks or scope changes early.
• Translate client requests into clear internal briefs and review outputs against those briefs.
• Monitor delivery across workstreams, flagging blockers before they become problems.

Required profile

• Intermediate to fluent proficiency in both English and French.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced agency or studio setting.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with client stakeholders.
