Social & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social & Community Manager to own and grow our brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, while building a vibrant creator community. This in‑house role combines strategic social media planning with community programming and cross‑regional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy for the agency’s brand channels across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Design and run creator‑focused programmes such as workshops, webinars, and brand‑partner engagements.
• Craft content and community approaches that resonate in the UK and international markets.
• Lead analytics and reporting to demonstrate growth in creators, engagement, partner activity and channel performance.
• Mentor a junior team member on content creation, scheduling and posting.
• Collaborate with the US‑based social team and internal influencer division to align strategy.
• Present strategy, insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing social media strategies that grow channels purposefully.
• Strong community‑management background, preferably with experience running events, webinars or workshops.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategy.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Passion for the beauty sector or transferable experience from retail/multi‑brand accounts.
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and operating autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
