Social Content Lead (Instagram/TikTok)

About the role

KAST is seeking a creative leader to shape its presence on Instagram and TikTok. You will own the visual and storytelling direction, turning the brand’s mission into distinctive, aspirational content that resonates with millions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the creative vision for KAST’s Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Develop recurring formats, campaigns, and short‑form video concepts that grow the audience.
• Lead the production of creator‑driven content, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Build and manage a network of creators, videographers, editors, and other creative partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Growth, Product, and Community teams to turn trends and product moments into compelling social assets.
• Use performance data to refine creative output while maintaining a premium brand standard.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction, social media, brand or content roles for consumer‑facing brands.
• Proven track record of building or scaling Instagram and TikTok audiences.
• Outstanding portfolio of social‑first, short‑form video work.
• Deep understanding of platform‑native storytelling, creator culture and current social trends.
• Strong creative taste with the ability to balance brand consistency and experimentation.
• Experience leading creative production and working closely with design, marketing and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a high‑ownership mindset in fast‑paced environments.
