Social Creative Director – 3‑Month FTC (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Social‑First Creative Director on a three‑month fixed‑term contract to lead social‑first campaigns for major brands. The role is hybrid, based in London, and offers the chance to shape concepts from idea through execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of social‑first campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Generate ideas tailored for platform‑native formats such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, creators and clients to bring concepts to life.
• Present creative concepts to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Mentor and inspire junior creatives while remaining hands‑on.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, creator culture and emerging social behaviours.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative leading social‑first campaigns.
• Portfolio showcasing standout social work for recognised brands.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and platform‑native creative.
• Immersion in Gen Z culture, trends, memes and internet behaviour.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn cultural insights into engaging ideas.
• Comfortable working at pace in a fast‑moving agency environment.
• Excellent presentation and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

What we offer

• £450 per day (outside IR35).
• Three‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid working arrangement in London.
