About the role
The Originals team at LADbible Group creates award‑winning content for its digital channels. We are looking for a Social Formats Creator to join the Development team and design new short‑form social formats that build on our popular shows such as Snack Wars, Agree To Disagree and Honesty Box. If you live online, love generating fresh ideas and understand what makes content explode on social platforms, this role offers the chance to shape a new slate of shows for our social audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Ideate, prototype and launch original short‑form video formats for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop repeatable format structures that can be adapted with new guests and topics.
- Collaborate with production and editorial teams to ensure concepts align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor performance of launched formats and iterate based on audience feedback.
Required profile
- Deep familiarity with current social media trends and viral content dynamics.
- Creative mindset with a proven ability to generate original ideas quickly.
- Strong understanding of what makes content “pop” on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
