Social Intelligence Strategy Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Social Intelligence Strategy Analyst to build and lead a brand‑new social intelligence capability within our EMEA Social & Influencer team. Working hybrid (2 days onsite) on a 12‑month contract, you will turn social conversations, trends and cultural moments into actionable insights that shape campaigns, content and overall strategy for a globally recognised technology brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social conversations across the UK, France and Germany to spot emerging trends, sentiment, risks and opportunities.
• Use social listening platforms to extract actionable insights that inform campaign and content planning.
• Analyse competitor activity, market trends and cultural moments to identify brand opportunities.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations for marketing and creative teams.
• Partner with Social Strategy, Creative, Influencer, Communications and Operations teams to shape future campaigns.
• Support quarterly planning with insight‑led recommendations and audience intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal creator communities to understand audience behaviours and emerging trends.
• Help build a best‑in‑class social intelligence function across the EMEA region.

Required profile

• Curious mindset with a passion for digital culture and consumer behaviour.
• Strong storytelling ability to turn data into compelling business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple international teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with social listening platforms such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch or Sprinklr.
• Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
