Social Media & Content Creator for Football Documentary Channel

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Social Media and Content Creator to join the Bunch of Amateurs team. You will help grow a YouTube documentary channel that celebrates non‑league football, turning raw footage into engaging short‑form content.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) and YouTube community.
• Clip and repurpose documentary footage into Reels, TikToks and Shorts.
• Write captions and copy that reflect the warm, witty BoA tone.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and fostering conversations.
• Track performance metrics and report on what works.
• Stay up‑to‑date with football‑related trends and short‑form video formats.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of how each social platform works, not just posting.
• Passion for sport, especially football culture and documentary storytelling.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a small, close‑knit team.
• Portfolio or examples of personal social content.

Required skills

• Basic video editing – willingness to learn Final Cut.
