Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are partnering with a leading beauty brand to find a Social Media Content Creator who will own and deliver high‑impact, platform‑native content for the UK portfolio. The role is hands‑on, commercial and focused on driving engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creation of social‑first videos, from concept and scripting to filming, editing and final delivery.
• Capture real‑time footage at shoots, events and brand activations.
• Repurpose existing assets to extend reach and keep channels fresh.
• Collaborate with brand, UGC and internal teams to shape creative direction and maintain content pipelines.
• Develop visual concepts and treatments aligned with campaign objectives.
• Support creator brief development and broader content planning.
• Manage publishing schedules and day‑to‑day community interaction on all social platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience creating social‑first video content, preferably within the beauty or skincare sector.
• Proven ability to produce trend‑led, platform‑native material for TikTok and Instagram.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, brand‑driven environment.

What we offer

• 6‑month fixed‑term contract (outside IR35) with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid working – three days per week on‑site in London.
• Day rate £250‑£350, dependent on experience.
