About the role
The Smiley Company is seeking a passionate Social Media & Content Executive to support its global brand presence. You will work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager, handling day‑to‑day community management and creating engaging, platform‑specific content across a range of lifestyle categories.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily community interactions on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, responding to comments and DMs promptly.
- Monitor channel performance and audience sentiment, escalating opportunities or risks as needed.
- Create and edit short‑form video assets for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Produce high‑quality copy tailored to each platform and brand voice.
- Support campaign development, community engagement, and ongoing channel optimisation.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised.
- Genuine passion for social media, emerging digital trends, and creative content production.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
