Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to join our fast‑growing digital agency in the Surbiton/Worcester Park area. You will help shape, plan and deliver high‑performing content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, influencing our audience growth and brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging social‑media trends, viral content and new platform opportunities.
• Generate fresh content ideas for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and support content planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with creators and internal production teams to develop engaging concepts, scripts and briefs.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience engagement and recommend optimisation actions.
• Utilise AI‑driven tools and research platforms to boost creativity and productivity.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for social media, digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ecosystems.
• Excellent creative thinking, communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
