Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social Media & Content Manager to own QOVES’ social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Working from our London office, you will ensure every public interaction reflects our cool, confident brand voice while keeping the internal team informed about company milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day publishing, scheduling and community engagement on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a strict brand voice – cool, aloof, short, confident, with no emojis.
• Create internal communications content documenting team activity, project updates and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Support the Head of Strategy & Partnerships on cross‑functional projects, tracking progress and delivering high‑quality outputs.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met across all platforms.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating accounts managed, content produced and growth achieved.
• Ability to sustain a restrained, premium brand voice.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others.
• Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple platforms independently.
• Genuine interest in beauty, aesthetics, AI or appearance‑related topics.
