Social Media Editor & Creator

About the role

We’re looking for a talented Social Media Editor / Creator to join our marketing team and help bring our stories to life across social platforms. In this role you’ll create engaging short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X, translating longer‑form material into social‑first edits that connect with audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, PR and Creative teams to deliver high‑quality video assets that support campaigns, events and studio storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form social video content across multiple platforms.
• Repurpose longer‑form content into engaging social edits.
• Optimise videos for platform formats and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to deliver campaign assets.
• Manage multiple edits and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across social content.
• Support versioning and delivery of video assets for social channels.
• Track and respond to feedback from internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience editing video content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of social video pacing and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
