Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive to lead day‑to‑day activity across our Restaurant & Bar social channels and support the Social Media Manager with Hotel content creation. Based in London, you will translate culinary and hospitality stories into engaging organic and paid social content that drives audience growth and supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, social‑first content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, from concept through filming, editing and publishing.
• Capture compelling stories across restaurants, bars and hotels, including food, drink, people and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Turn social strategy into on‑brand content ideas aligned with campaigns and commercial priorities.
• Repurpose and optimise content across platforms to maximise reach and performance.
• Manage day‑to‑day social activity, scheduling, publishing and optimisation for Restaurant & Bar channels.
• Support paid social activity, create Meta ad creatives and monitor performance.
• Track platform performance, competitor activity and category trends; contribute to monthly reporting.
• Assist influencer and creator collaborations, from brief to usage rights tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Ability to craft compelling, brand‑aligned content and write effective copy.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Willingness to experiment with new formats and technologies, including AI tools.
