TMP Worldwide is seeking a Social Media Manager to shape and elevate its social media offering. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and data to help both clients and the agency connect with audiences.

• Create compelling, social‑first content across major platforms.
• Build and nurture online communities for client brands.

• Collaborate closely with creative and strategic teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Measure performance and use data‑driven insights to optimise content.
• Present ideas and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
