Social Media Manager

About the role

Findasense is seeking a Social Media Manager to support a large multinational beverage client in the Great Britain market. This hybrid, full‑time role focuses on operational governance, workflow coordination and strategic alignment across the client’s social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory input on local social strategies, ensuring alignment with central OKRs and identifying synergies with influencer marketing.
• Brief external agencies, consolidate feedback, and track reworks to guarantee implementation before closure.
• Monitor daily agency trend alerts, assess relevance, and deliver concise briefings with examples and next‑step recommendations.
• Maintain publishing governance by securing approvals, documenting proof of approval, and enforcing compliance with the approved publishing cadence.
• Conduct quality assurance, ensuring agencies follow client processes, and coordinate with internal Findasense teams for tagging, reporting and community management.
• Act as the primary contact for market social topics, coordinating technical issues, access changes and preventing unauthorized profile modifications.
• Perform monthly monitoring and intelligence checks to surface risks, breaches or non‑compliance.

Required profile

• Strong strategic social expertise with the ability to support senior managers and adapt recommendations to market needs.
• Deep understanding of community management, Meta and TikTok platforms, publishing workflows, tagging and operational QA.
• Proven experience managing agency relationships and ensuring compliance with governance processes.
