Social Media Manager - Lifestyle

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing lifestyle DTC brand to find a creative Social Media Manager. You will work remotely across England, collaborating closely with an experienced Creative Lead to produce engaging content and support influencer campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create, film and edit short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Schedule, publish and monitor social media posts, reporting on performance.
• Identify trends and contribute fresh creative ideas to grow the brand’s presence.
• Research and shortlist creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, liaise with an external agency and review content before publication.
• Track campaign metrics and nurture relationships with creators.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation or influencer marketing.
• Passionate about lifestyle trends and comfortable working independently.
• Organised, proactive and eager to develop within a consumer‑focused brand.
• Strong visual eye for design, styling and aesthetics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Proficiency with CapCut for video editing.
