About the role

FlightStory is looking for a Social Producer to help transform The Diary of a CEO from a podcast‑clips page into a distinctive, engaging social brand. You will create, experiment with, and publish social‑native content that expands the world of the show beyond episode clips.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish social content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, turning long‑form podcast moments into scroll‑stopping short‑form pieces.
• Develop carousel storytelling, visual posts, host moments, behind‑the‑scenes content and cultural commentary.
• Manage daily posting, engage the community, and keep the socials thriving.
• Spot trends, cultural moments and audience signals to inform future posts.
• Collaborate with editors and the social team to maximise each episode’s impact.
• Use performance data to refine hooks, formats and storytelling approaches.
• Continuously improve the social content calendar workflow.

Required profile

• A social media manager at heart who loves experimenting with formats, writing hooks and designing posts.
• Deep familiarity with how social platforms work and what drives watch, share, comment and follow.
• Fast‑moving, test‑oriented mindset treating social media as a creative playground.
• Strong instincts for short‑form storytelling and social‑native content.
• Understanding of trends and platform culture.
• Proactive and organised in planning a content calendar.
