Social Value Advisor – South West England & Wales

About the role

The Social Value Advisor will support the delivery of LHC Procurement Group’s Group Social Value Strategy across the South West of England and Wales. Working in a hybrid model, you will travel regularly to partner sites, events and regional offices to champion community impact and ensure projects align with the organisation’s social value objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop procedures, tools and resources for social value management and reporting.
• Gather and analyse data to report on achievements and social impact.
• Support business units and external partners in planning and delivering community projects.
• Collaborate with the Charities Liaison Team and wider Group functions to embed social value across products and services.
• Attend the designated regional office at least once a month for team collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal abilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with IT systems and relevant software packages.
• A degree or equivalent experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact or a related field.
• Knowledge of public‑sector social value approaches and measurement frameworks.
• Valid UK driving licence, own vehicle and residence within commuting distance of the regional office.
