Software Developer – Angular, .NET & SQL

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to join our dynamic team delivering affordable housing and personal care services. The position is fully remote with occasional travel to Exeter, offering the chance to work on innovative, cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain in‑house software solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Write clean, reusable and secure code that powers core operations.
• Identify improvement areas and implement enhancements to performance and user experience.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure bug‑free delivery.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and other departments to align solutions with business objectives.
• Maintain and optimise systems across multiple platforms for smooth, secure operation.
• Manage code repositories and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• Proven commercial software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong front‑end experience, primarily with Angular.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and methodical testing approach.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
