About the role

QA is seeking an enthusiastic Software Developer Apprentice to join its growing development team in Edinburgh. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle while you work towards a recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing and maintaining software applications.
• Write clean, efficient and well‑documented code.
• Test, debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• Collaborate with experienced developers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, agile meetings and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and user guides.
