About the role

Susquehanna International Group is looking for talented graduates to join its London office in September 2026 as Software Development Graduates. You will work alongside senior technologists who will mentor you from day one, contributing to cutting‑edge technology projects that support high‑performance trading systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to design, build and optimise stable, scalable software solutions.
• Work on systems that process large volumes of data with a focus on performance and risk minimisation.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams of analysts, developers, infrastructure engineers and support specialists.
• Engage in both hands‑on coding and classroom‑style learning to solve real technical challenges.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related STEM field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, data‑driven reasoning and a curiosity for new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ambitious and goal‑oriented, eager to develop a career in technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency in an object‑oriented language such as C#, C++ or Python.
• Understanding of algorithms, data structures and object‑oriented design patterns.
