About the role
Our high‑profile banking client is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join a collaborative team supporting a critical payments platform. The role focuses on the RTGS2 application landscape, where reliability, performance and teamwork are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, enhance and maintain enterprise‑grade Java and Oracle applications.
- Work closely with a delivery group to design, develop and deploy new features.
- Ensure code quality, performance and maintainability through best practices.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and contribute to incident resolution.
- Rapidly learn and adapt to the RTGS2 ecosystem.
Required profile
- Active SC security clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Proven track record of delivering code and supporting production systems.
- Strong organisational skills, self‑motivation and high integrity.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork mindset.
