Software Engineer, Agent (Arabic speaking)

About the role

Sierra is building production‑grade AI agents that drive revenue for large enterprises and innovative startups. As a Software Engineer focused on agents, you will design, ship, and iterate on scalable AI solutions while collaborating directly with customers in London.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high‑performance AI agents that operate in production environments across finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Partner with enterprise leaders and cutting‑edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents throughout their stacks.
• Shape Sierra’s core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools, and working with research and product teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling end‑to‑end production systems.
• Strong technical problem‑solving ability in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder mindset with high agency; comfortable overcoming obstacles and shipping.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting directly with customers and cross‑functional teams.
