Software Engineer – Cloud‑Native B2B Workflow Solutions

About the role

Finova is looking for cloud‑first Software Engineers to join an agile, dynamic team that transforms on‑premise mortgage and savings solutions into modern cloud‑native products. You will work closely with product and client teams to deliver high‑performance workflow engines that power B2B financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable B2B workflow solutions.
• Develop cloud‑native components using an API‑first approach.
• Refactor legacy on‑premise systems for cloud deployment.
• Collaborate in a “now / next / later” delivery roadmap to ensure predictability.
• Write automated tests and create maintainable codebases.

Required profile

• Passion for automation and building testable, maintainable engines.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with containerisation technologies.
• Understanding of high‑performance languages such as Go and practical application in production.
