Software Engineer (Full-stack + AI)

About the role

You will join a small, AI‑native team building a voice‑first, vision‑enabled AI agent that can be embedded in products with just two lines of code. The role combines full‑stack development with AI orchestration, delivering real‑time, scalable systems that power the agent’s user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, real‑time backend services and front‑end interfaces using a modern stack (Hono, React, Neon, TypeScript, Python).
• Own features end‑to‑end, from intuitive UI design to backend logic and AI agent orchestration.
• Shape the voice‑first experience, handling tool integration, memory management, and real‑time voice and vision processing.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to refine product vision and balance rapid delivery with long‑term scalability.

Required profile

• Strong drive and work ethic; comfortable with a fast‑moving, 5‑day onsite environment.
• At least 4 years of software development experience and a proven 0→1 product delivery record.
• Minimum 2 years of startup experience, having shipped products used or paid for by real users.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hono, React, Neon, TypeScript and Python.
• Experience building AI‑powered applications or agents.
• Familiarity with containerised deployment environments.
• Hands‑on use of coding‑agent tools (Claude Code, Codex).
