Software Engineer – Full-Stack (Hybrid, Bristol)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Software Engineer to join a fast‑moving SaaS group in Bristol. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in our central office, and offers the chance to work on a modern cloud‑based platform with high autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features across the platform.
• Develop Python‑based backend services and APIs using Django and FastAPI.
• Contribute to frontend development with JavaScript, Vue.js and CSS.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Take features from concept through to deployment on Docker/Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and customer‑facing stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building APIs.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in product or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Curious, collaborative and eager to learn.
