Software Engineer

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast‑growing technology‑driven organisation that is expanding its engineering team. As a Software Engineer you will join a collaborative group building scalable, high‑quality software that directly impacts the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver features from concept to production.
• Participate in code reviews and promote technical rigor.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues and technical debt.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the product’s technical direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer in a professional environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and passion for building great software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java or TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks and development tools.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Version control using Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
