Software Engineer – .NET Core, Azure & AI

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital product business that is modernising its platform and embedding AI at the core of software design, build and delivery. You will be part of a cross‑functional product squad delivering customer‑facing loyalty and rewards products used by millions.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable applications and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Develop cloud‑native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Apply quality‑engineering practices to produce clean, maintainable and well‑tested software.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX and QA within an agile squad.
• Explore AI‑assisted development to boost engineering productivity.
• Implement agentic workflows that automate repetitive engineering tasks.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability and developer experience.

Required profile

• Commercial experience developing applications with the latest versions of C# and .NET.
• Proven ability to build REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Azure services.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as CI/CD and automated testing.
• Curiosity about AI, large language models and emerging development tools.
• Experience working in product‑led engineering teams.
